BAND MEMBERS

Dean Young

LEAD VOCALS (DON HENLEY)/GUITAR/DRUMS/PERCUSSION

Jeff Salem

Most iconic bands are defined by their 'voice'.  With the Eagles, Don Henley was that voice.  As a tribute to the Eagles, 'Epic Eagles' is blessed with a dead-ringer for Don Henley in the guise of Dean Young.  This is OUR voice.
Dean was most recently, lead singer and drummer of Canada's Original Eagles Tribute Act 'Hotel California' for the last 14 years, propelling the band to new heights of popularity during his tenure in that band. He has shared stages around the world with the likes of REO Speedwagon, Gretchen Wilson, .38 Special, Collective Soul, Train, Jewel, The Bellamy Brothers, JIm Cuddy, & Styx, to name a few.
Today, he has set his sights higher still and has struck out on his own, forming 'Epic Eagles' - Canada's Definitive Eagles Tribute.  Having amassed a huge following in his previous band, Dean now continues the legacy of paying the highest tribute to the Eagles with 'Epic Eagles' & a whole new all-star lineup.  DY Fans can finally hear his magical voice once again across the nation & abroad performing those timeless Eagles Classics.
Dean is also a prolific & award-winning singer-songwriter (2018 Independent Country Music Awards Nominee, 2017 Niagara Music Awards Multi-Category Nominee, to name a few).
In 2017, he released his debut original country album 'Making a Life'.  His music is heard worldwide via commercial radio, SiriusXM , iHeartRadio etc., and is available on Spotify, iTunes, & Google Play etc.

Mike Alonzo

GUITARS/LEAD VOCALS/BASS/KEYBOARDS

Mike Alonzo is a multi-instrumentalist & vocalist who can practically play anything.  Possessing the rare abilities to sing anything, pick up any instrument and play it at a high level, he is an ideal member to complete the guitar 'orchestra' of 'Epic Eagles'.

Vocally, Mike is equally as capable as he is with instrument in hand.

His love for music goes as far back as he can remember. Mike began experimenting with sound at a very early age.  From building crude instruments, to piano lessons at age four, to trying to play every instrument he could get his hands on, his musical prowess is no surprise .

Over the past three decades, Mike has become a sought-after session player & side man to countless projects and live acts.   He's had the pleasure of providing music for a multitude of film, television, radio, and live productions.

When Mike is not performing with 'Epic Eagles', he is a busy recording artist/composer/songwriter in his own right.
